Company-wide FSC® certification for Biella Group

As part of a multi-site certification process headed by Biella Austria GmbH the distribution companies in Poland, Germany and Austria were screened and passed the audit for FSC^®- certification. All production facilities were already certified at an earlier stage. Biella has therefore closed the missing link in the FSC^® chain of custody within its organisation. All Biella Group companies can now advertise and label FSC^®-compliant articles as such when they are launched on the market.

With the certificate, the entire Biella organisation guarantees that FSC^®-certified products are made of wood fibre raw materials from sustainably managed forests. At the same time all material flows to the customer’s doorstep are seamlessly monitored and documented – with the interests of the environment and tomorrow’s generations at heart.
